Kayak & Canoe Rentals

At Superior Outfitters our highest priority is safety and safe travel by sea kayak demands sound judgement, proper equipment, practiced skills and caution - no matter what your level of experience. 

We require that all persons wishing to rent kayak equipment from us must have recently participated in a minimum of 2-3 hours of locally recognized kayak technique - safety instruction and actual capsize rescue practice.  Our introductory kayak clinic is one wise option, however we do accept recent completion of similar courses offered elsewhere.

All prices are per day and are subject to 8% PST

All sea kayak rentals include a spray skirt, paddle, PFD, paddle float and pump.

Canoe rentals include PFDs, and paddles.

For campers staying at Rainbow Falls Provincial Park we will deliver rentals to your campsite at no additional charge, however full day rates do apply.

Inquire about our shuttle service to Silver Islet.  We also offer ferry service to St.Ignace Island and the Slates.

Superior Outfitters also offers packages including accommodation and kayak rental.  Please inquire about a package tailored to suit your travel plans.
