To insure
availability on specific dates, reservations are recommended for day tours,
lessons and rentals. Multi-day trips should be reserved as soon as
possible as space is limited.
Reservations on
Superior Outfitters tours and extended rentals require a 50% deposit with
the balance due on arrival. Deposits will be refunded for
cancellations made at least 30 days prior to reservation date. If you
cancel beyond this time, your deposit is non-refundable. However, 50%
of your deposit can be applied toward future Superior Outfitter Services -
limited for one full year.
Our small group size
makes filling trips easy, but we reserve the right to cancel trips that
don't attain minimum group size. In such cases deposits are refunded
100%.
Upon receipt of
reservation for multi-day trips, an information packet will be sent to each
participant that includes a personal gear list, trip itinerary, recommended
reading, menu planner, liability waiver, medical form and personal interest
and expectations questionnaire. All participants must read and sign a
liability release.
