The Terrace Bay Public Library will ensure a skilled, educated and empowered population by providing equal access through the provision of materials, and Internet technology support services that are cultural, informational, and educational and which meet both recreational needs and enhance life-long learning.

We value the need to co-operate with other libraries in networks, now and in the future, to share resources. We value playing an active role in making the community aware of our resources and services.

Our Vision looks to making certain that our Library serves the community and works to expand our existing services while retaining the traditional strengths and values. We must work to ensure that the public knows what we offer. The library staff, the use of technology and the awareness of tradition make us unique.
